Last month, Seattle Storm head coach Noelle Quinn learned she was fired after after almost a decade with the organization. The Storm finished with a second-consecutive first-round exit, and the WNBA’s 7th-best record.
Still, it didn’t take long for Quinn, a 12-year WNBA veteran and longtime Storm coach, to find a new head coach position.
On Thursday, Unrivaled — the 3-on-3 professional women’s basketball co-founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart — announced that Quinn will be one of 8 head coaches in the league’s second season.
Quinn joins Unrivaled after eight season’s on Seattle’s coaching staff, including five years as head coach.
