The woman’s home in the Salishan neighborhood was burglarized two weeks ago. They sifted through everything in her home and stole sentimental items.

TACOMA, Wash. — A Tacoma woman is still grappling with the aftermath of a burglary that left her East Tacoma home ransacked, sentimental belongings stolen and a deep sense of violation.

Two weeks ago, burglars broke into the home of Monica Miles, tearing through her belongings and leaving a trail of destruction.
