THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. — The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory for parts of western Washington, coming just days after a deadly fall storm.
The advisory is issued for the Cascade areas of Whatcom and Skagit counties from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29.
