Isabelle Tate, an actor on ABC’s “9-1-1: Nashville,” died on Sunday. She was 23.
Tate had a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a genetic neurological disorder that affects the nerves that control the muscles.
Tate played Julie on the Ryan Murphy spinoff series, appearing in the pilot episode that aired on Oct. 9, 2025. Her representative at the Nashville-based McCray Agency announced her death on social media, writing that booking a role on “9-1-1 Nashville” was Tate’s first major foray into acting.
