A judge dismissed the case against Angela Conijn.
SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — The case against a woman previously accused of killing another woman over a campaign sign in Skagit County was dismissed in Skagit County Superior Court.
Judge Laura Riquelme dismissed the case against Angela Conijn and exonerated her bail Oct. 9.
