PORTLAND, Ore. — In-N-Out Burger appears to be bolstering its presence in the Pacific Northwest, which could fuel expansion of the popular chain up Interstate 5 toward Seattle.
The company purchased a 71,600-square-foot industrial building in Portland this week, according to an announcement from real estate company Cushman and Wakefield.
