A passenger in the vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials say.
LYNNWOOD, Wash. — A Lynnwood lamp store had quite the cleanup on its hands after a car smashed into it on Monday.
Lynnwood police told KING 5 the driver hit the gas by accident, and that there were no intoxication concerns. The collision occurred at the Lamps Plus location on 196th Street Southwest.
A store employee told KING 5 at the scene that it was a mother with her young child in the car that drove into the store.
