There’s no shortage of amazing plays in the NFL, but this special teams play by the Jets on Sunday might be one of the best we’ll see all year.
The amount of skill and athleticism this took is unreal. McDonald had to leap the offensive line, ensuring he didn’t touch a single player — or it would have been a penalty. Then he recovers quickly enough to block the kick, turns on the jets (forgive the pun) to pursue the ball, gets the perfect bounce to recover and take it all the way for the touchdown.
It ended up not being enough as the Jets ultimately fell to the Buccaneers 29-17,
