When the Philadelphia Eagles left the field for halftime Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, the boo birds were out at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles turned in a dreadful performance in the first half, netting -1 yards in the passing game and putting up just 34 total yards of offense as they trailed 19-7. Those same boo birds were more enraged early in the third quarter as Kyren Williams scampered into the end zone on a ten-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to stake the Rams to a 26-7 lead.
Those boo birds were roaring when the clock reached zero.
