The Los Angeles Chargers have decided that Justin Herbert is good enough to break away from the Jim Harbaugh and Greg Roman playbook of running defenses into the ground. That has some to do with the Rashawn Slater injury, but so far this is a pass-first team and they aren’t passing to the running backs so far.
