Jurors found Dino Constance guilty of solicitation to commit murder in 2008.
OLYMPIA, Wash. — Washington Clemency and Pardons Board members unanimously voted Thursday to deny a clemency request from Dino Constance, who has served 18 years of a more than 50-year prison sentence for solicitation to commit murder.
In 2008, Clark County jurors convicted Constance on three counts related to offering witnesses more than $5,000 to kill his ex-wife, Jean Koncos.
Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson still has the authority to release Constance, but the board will not recommend that following Thursday’s hearing.
