Michael Scaletta Teates allegedly posed as an Edmonds police officer and engaged with Bremerton police on three separate incidents based on body camera footage.
EDMONDS, Wash. — Body camera footage obtained by KING 5 shows a man impersonating a police officer and interacting with Bremerton officers on multiple occasions before being detained.
The video first captures Michael Scaletta Teates dressed in a police-style uniform approaching a Bremerton officer around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. “I thought you were one of the detectives for us,” the officer says.
