Starz, National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) and NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA), have announced the fourth installment of the Starz #TakeTheLead Writers’ Intensive.
The program is designed to champion emerging television writers from underrepresented communities. Submissions will open on Aug. 26, with the deadline to submit set for Sept. 18. The intensive will equip participants with immersive industry insights, creative development tools and direct mentorship from leading showrunners, executives and writers.
