SEATTLE — Shortly after shooting a man multiple times at Golden Gardens Park Saturday evening, the suspected gunman drove a short distance away, called 911, and surrendered to police without incident, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The 22-year-old suspect was taken into custody near 28th Avenue Northwest and Northwest Market Street. A handgun was recovered from his vehicle, and police later confirmed that he holds a valid concealed carry permit.
