BOISE, Idaho — A panel of Idaho judges upheld the decision to dismiss a federal lawsuit filed by The Satanic Temple challenging Idaho’s criminalization of abortion.
The lawsuit was filed in 2022 against Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador, Ada County Prosecutor Jan Bennetts, and the State of Idaho.
