Jurors heard emotional testimony in the trial of Andrew Ralph Baim, accused of killing Nick Valison with a truck in Ravensdale.
KENT, Wash. — Jurors in King County Superior Court heard harrowing testimony Monday as the trial continued for a man accused of killing a Ravensdale father by running him over with a truck.
Prosecutors said Andrew Ralph Baim, 40, intentionally struck Nick Valison, 53, in September 2023 after Valison tried to stop him from illegally dumping trash in a wooded area near homes.
