PORTLAND, Ore. — An Arizona dog that was stolen after his guardian died was found in Washington four months later.
Dinky was reunited with family this week after he was located in Ridgefield, Washington, on Monday. Family members had spent months circulating his photo on social media, trying to spread awareness of their story in hopes of bringing Dinky home.
The dog’s guardian, Steve Cowley, died in Arizona back in April. Cowley’s sister, Rhonda Beltran, said
