Seattle police officer ran red light before t-bone crash, Uber driver, passenger say

One of the passengers in the Uber was taken to the hospital as a precaution to get checked out for a minor head injury.

SEATTLE — An Uber driver and his passengers say a police officer ran a red light before t-boning their car early Friday morning. 

The crash happened at 5th and Seneca Street around 2 a.m. 

A family of six was inside the Uber at the time. A woman suffered a minor head injury and was taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment. A 27-year-old man who was in the vehicle that was hit was also taken to the hospital in
