Police continue to search for answers in Kelly Sarsten’s 2004 murder case as her family and friends remain hopeful for justice.
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — It’s been nearly 21 years since Kelly Sarsten was killed, her remains were discovered in the Pilchuck River just behind her home. Despite years of investigation, and efforts from her friends and family to keep her story alive, no arrests have been made.
“She would have never just left her dogs,” said Judy Wolf, Sarsten’s sister. “They were her children to her.”
