RENTON, Wash. — Less than an hour before three people were shot to death inside a Renton apartment, the suspect was captured on home video footage holding a gun inside one of the victim’s bedrooms.
On Wednesday, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged 46-year-old Steve C. Vasquez with one count of first-degree domestic violence aggravated murder and two counts of first-degree aggravated murder. His bail is set at $10 million.
