SEATTLE — A popular fast-food chain plans to close two of its Seattle-area locations.
Jack in the Box filed Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) notices with Washington state this week, indicating that locations in Seattle and Tukwila will be closed. A total of 26 employees will be affected and the closures will take effect Sept. 10, per the filings.
The company announced plans in April to close 150-200 “underperforming” locations as part of a “JACK on Track” initiative.
