Prosecutors: Alleged serial bank robber took ‘immense satisfaction’ in Seattle thefts

Investigators allege the woman stole less than $15,000 between June 2024 and July 2025 by threatening bank tellers at eight different locations.

SEATTLE — A 24-year-old woman is facing eight counts of robbery for allegedly carrying out a string of bank heists in Seattle over the past year — crimes that prosecutors say brought her personal pride as well as cash.

King County prosecutors charged the woman this week following her arrest earlier this month in connection with a July 7 robbery. She remains in custody on $500,000 bail ahead of her arraignment later this month. She has not yet entered a plea. KING 5 does
