Police: 25-year-old in the University District allegedly started a fire that engulfed a Wallingford home which killed a woman.

SEATTLE — A King County judge set bail at $4 million Friday for a 25-year-old man held for arson and murder in connection with a house fire that killed a 72-year-old woman in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood.

Seattle police arrested the man on Thursday in the University District. He is accused of setting a June 4 fire that engulfed a home at 3825 Sunnyside Ave. N, according to court documents.
