SPANAWAY, Wash. — Jurors in the murder trial of Jerrmell Warren heard emotional testimony Wednesday from a man who tried to save a woman shot outside a Spanaway gas station.
Prosecutors say Warren, 43, opened fire during a confrontation in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven in May 2022. One of the bullets struck and killed Angelina Palmer, a 39-year-old mother of nine. Warren is charged with second-degree murder.
