Flags will be lowered to half-staff on Saturday to honor former Washington Secretary of State Ralph Munro.

SEATTLE — Flags will be lowered to half-staff on Saturday to honor the passing of former Washington Secretary of State Ralph Munro.

Munro passed away on Thursday, March 20. He was 81.

Governor Ferguson has directed flags be lowered at the close of business on Friday until the close of business or sunset on Saturday, or first thing Monday morning.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, at 2 p.m. at the Washington State Capitol Legislative Building rotunda.
