AUBURN, Wash. — Envelopes stuffed with cash, and licenses handed out, sometimes without a test being taken. A state investigation has uncovered an alleged bribery scheme that put unqualified truck drivers on Washington roads.
The investigation led to the suspension of a western Washington truck driving school that is no longer operating.
