A suspect who drove a car off the Edmonds ferry dock last week while running from police admitted to being on meth and heroine at the time.
EDMONDS, Wash. — A man accused of driving a car off the Edmonds ferry dock while running from police, killing two people, appeared for the first time in court on Monday.
The suspected driver was supposed to appear in court last week, but was not able to show up due to medical reasons. A judge still set bail at $2 million, finding probable cause to hold him for two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of vehicular homicide,
