The Fife Police Department is investigating after a couple allegedly took the 3-month-old dog during a dispute over a poor paint job.
FIFE, Wash. — A retired couple in Fife says their beloved 3-month-old Pekingese puppy was taken from their home during a dispute over a shoddy paint job.
On June 7, a couple knocked on the door of Margie and Smitty Smith and offered to touch up the peeling paint on their pickup truck.
