Washington Attorney General Nick Brown said his office is “taking a careful look” to see if there is a basis for any legal challenge to Trump’s order.
SEATTLE — Washington state Attorney General Nick Brown is looking for ways to challenge President Donald Trump’s second travel ban, he said at a press conference on Tuesday.
The ban in question took effect on Monday and currently prevents people from a host of countries from applying for visas to enter the United States. The list includes Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
