SEATTLE — Documents released by the Office of the Inspector General reveal more about the investigation into ex-Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz and the allegations that he was having an affair with his chief of staff, Jamie Tompkins.
The city began looking into Diaz’s alleged relationship with Tompkins in 2024. He was placed on paid administrative leave and later fired based on the results of the investigation.
