The New York Liberty, like teams across the league, have begun to make roster cuts. The defending WNBA champions announced on Saturday that forward Kaitlyn Davis has been cut amid the team’s first week of training camp.

Davis, whom the Liberty drafted with the 35th pick in 2024, played at Columbia University for three seasons before completing her senior season at the University of Southern California in 2023-24. She averaged 6 points per game
